  • Services refer to coaching sessions, consulting appointments, or any other service-based offerings provided via the Website.

  • Order means a booking or request by You to receive Services from Us.

  • You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Your Booking Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your scheduled service at no charge up to 48 hours before the appointment time.

To cancel, you must inform us clearly and in writing. You can notify us by:

If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, or if you do not show up for the appointment (no-show), you will be charged the full amount of the session, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds for services will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • You canceled your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • A technical error or failure on our end prevented the service from being delivered.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Non-Refundable Services

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • No-shows or missed appointments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Personalized or time-bound services already delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
